What is the Center for Collective Inquiry on Philanthropy?
CCIP builds sustained, collective inquiry into the consequential questions facing philanthropy. Based at the Rockefeller Archive Center, we work with leading institutions across philanthropy, scholarship, research, and public life to connect knowledge, carry learning forward, and turn what could be fragmented insight into cumulative understanding. Drawing on the RAC’s archival foundation and experience, with its drive to gather, preserve, contextualize, and activate knowledge, CCIP works with philanthropic practitioners, scholars, and other experts to examine assumptions and contexts to promote informed and strategic action and greater accountability.
